I'm not quite sure what to think of the fireworks and sparklers, but I do want to take the time to wish everyone a safe and happy 4th!
I also want to take the time to thank the men and women who have served, or are serving this great country we live in! Here is a link, feel free to check it out. It is a video clip of a friend of my foster family, who was on the Today Show. He is a former US Marine, who is a true hero. I sure do look up to people like him! Even though I'm a dog, I hope that I can make a difference in someones life, just like he did! Check out his story!
Injured Marine turns tragedy into triumph July 3: After being injured by a roadside while serving in Iraq, Marine Sgt. Keith Zeier overcomes all odds and embarks on a 100-mile race. NBC News' Kerry Sanders reports. http://today.msnbc.msn.com/id/26184891/vp/31724924#31724924
My foster family and I are just enjoying spending time together today. We played ball and grilled some hot dogs. I think I would like hot dogs, they sure do smell good, but my foster mom is being very careful and hasn't dropped any for me to eat! Ugh! Oh well, maybe next year :) Wishing you all a wonderful 4th!
Quinn
